OUR SERVICES

PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION

For most customers, the purchase of a house, condo, cottage or income property represents the biggest investment of their lives. Buyers must therefore account for future contingencies by inspecting the building beforehand, to determine the amount that they are willing to pay and ultimately re-negotiating the purchase price.

We will make you aware of the risks of all future repair costs before your purchase. Major defects can be costly but for an affordable fee, our home inspection is an essential solution for safeguarding such an important investment. Our professional home inspector will take notes on the condition and operation of all the components tested and all of the information will be forwarded back to you in a concise and detailed inspection report.

PRE-SALE INSPECTION

As evidence of honesty and good faith, the pre-sale inspection facilitates the real estate transaction between buyer and seller. In such case, the inspection report becomes a seller's declaration. Therefore, the work required can be taken into consideration in the sale price, or be carried out prior to the registration, which reduces negotiations and the risk of losing a sale because of  a pre-purchase inspection.

Property inspection will avoid potential problems and often, just before the conclusion of a sale, avoid surprises and risk of deal delay or cancellation, and will help selling the property quickly, easily and at the best possible price.

PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION

Pre-Delivery inspection of a new building is used to identify work that is not completed by the contractor and to identify the apparent construction defects. This will give you security before taking possession.
