Mr. Yan ZHANG, owner of the Company, is an inspector of the Quebec Association of Building Inspectors (AIBQ) and a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) as junior engineer.  He is equipped with Errors and Omissions liability insurance.

After graduating with a Master's degree in Civil Engineering in 2007, he worked successively in engineering consulting firms in France such as ARCADIS, LCPC, SOTECO and ASSYSTEM, as well as in engineering firms in Quebec such as LATERAL and CONSTRUCTION & EXPERTISE PG. He has been involved in the design and the realization of numerous projects of buildings, of bridges, of the geotechnical engineering and of railway infrastructures. The supervision of the work site and the verification of the external calculation reports were also one part of his work.

Having his experience in Civil Engineering and Inspection of Buildings, Mr. ZHANG can better understand the various components and mechanics of a building. It is very competent to identify deficiencies and recommend improvements (if necessary).
